Biryani is the most popular food among local community of Pakistan. People of any age are keen to eat it. If we visit food markets there is a big percent of biryani shops. Many families are cook biryani at home on the weekends. But mom's are not good in cooking biryani as their children want delicious&spicy. So now I present the latest and easiest way to make biryani. Prepare it at home without any issue in super-quick time.
INGREDIENT
- 2 Kg chicken
- 1/5 Rice
- 2 Onion
- 1/2 potatoes (half kg)
- 1 Kg tomatoes
- 1/2 Yogurt
- 4 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 10-12 green chili
- 1 cup oil
- 1 bunch Coriander
- Mint (few leaves)
- 50 grams Plums (dry aloo Bukhara)
- 1/5 tbsp garam masala
- Salt (depend on your taste)
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 8-10 red chili
- 1-2 lemons
- 1-2 tbsp food color (yellow color)
