INGREDIENTS
- 1 Kg mincemeat (beef, mutton, and chicken depend on your taste)
- 700 ml cooking oil
- 4 Onion
- 4 Tomatoes
- 4-5 tbsp white butter
- 5 tbsp Gram flour 10-12 green chilies
- 2 Egg
- 5 tsp crushed coriander seeds
- 4-5 tsp Pomegranate seeds
- 4-6 tbsp Crushed red pepper
- Turmeric powder1 tbsp
- 2 tbsp garam masala powder
- 5 tbsp Gram flour
- Salt(depend on your taste)
How to cook
First, take 1 kg meat in a blow as well all the ingredients write above and mix together to give a delicious taste to Chapli Kabab.
Finely chop 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, 5 green chilies. Add chopped vegetables to the mince mixture.
Then add 1 egg and a couple of tbsp butter. Mix quite well, Form large patties with the mince mixture. Then fry during a large griddle until golden brown and serve it with mint yougurt or might be special naan.
