
Harissa Recipe Summary

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Kg Beef Meat
- 2 Onion (bunch shape)
- 500grams Rice
- 500grams Pluses
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seed
- Salt (depend on your taste)
- 2-3 green cardamom
- 18-20 Garlic (cloves, pieces)
- 3-4 tbsp garam masala
- Cinnamon (depend on your taste)
- 2-3 Black pepper
How to cook Harissa
- Add all the items into an outsized earthen pot and add water to such extent that each one the grains and meat becomes tender.
- The fire should be low and don't stir an excessive amount of Leave to heat for two hours.
