Harissa Recipe Summary

Harissa is a dish of boiled, cracked, or coarsely-ground wheat, mixed with meat and seasoned. Its consistency varies between a porridge and a dumpling. INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Kg Beef Meat
  • 2 Onion (bunch shape)
  • 500grams Rice 
  • 500grams Pluses
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seed 
  • Salt (depend on your taste)
  • 2-3 green cardamom 
  • 18-20 Garlic (cloves, pieces)
  • 3-4 tbsp garam masala 
  • Cinnamon (depend on your taste)
  • 2-3 Black pepper 

How to cook Harissa 

  1. Add all the items into an outsized earthen pot and add water to such extent that each one the grains and meat becomes tender.
  2. The fire should be low and don't stir an excessive amount of Leave to heat for two hours.
  3. When all the items become soft then grind it with the assistance of wooden
  4. spoon harissa is prepared.
  5. While serving chop onion into fine pieces and red it in ghee and cover it.
  6. Except for this garnishing add
  7. chopped green chili and green coriander in it.
  8. Now special Harissa is ready to serve with Naan or might eat with a spoon.
