Stir Fry Rice Summary

INGREDIENTS
- 50grams Chinese dried shrimps
- 10grams Chinese dried mushrooms
- 2 tbsp groundnut or other flavorless oil
- 1 small onion(peeled and chopped)
- 6 rashers streaky bacon(chopped into little pieces)
- 80grams peas(fresh if possible)
- 2 large eggs, beat smoothly
- 4 spring onions(split lengthways and finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp Japanese soy
For the rice
- Half Kg white basmati rice
- 2 tsp peanut oil
- 2 small onion
- salt depends on your taste
How to Cook (Method)
Let's start with making the rice: Warm the lidded frypan over middle heat, then add the oil and therefore the onions and allow them to cook for 5-6 minutes, until lightly tinged brown.
