Pizza may be a savory dish of Italian origin consisting of a usually round, flattened base of leavened wheat-based dough topped with tomatoes, cheese, and sometimes various other ingredients which are then baked at a heat, traditionally during a wood-fired oven. a little pizza is usually called a pizzetta. As pizza is considered a fast-food dish, So on this earth a huge number of people love to eat pizza. Now I deliver a super-easy way to cook an amazing and appetizing pizza despite off using Oven.

INGREDIENTS

Dough Ingredients

  1.  3 cup flour
  2.  2/5 tsp Yeast
  3.  3 pinch Sugar
  4.  Salt (depend on your taste)
  5.  3-4 tbsp olive or vegetable oil 

 Pizza Paste Goods

  1.  3-4 tbsp Oil
  2.  2 clove Garlic, chopped
  3.  1/ 5onion small sliced
  4.  750gm Tomatoes, chopped
  5.  3pinch oregano
  6.  Salt (depend on your taste)

 Topping Things 

  1.  350grams boneless Chicken
  2.  Salt (depend on your taste)
  3.  4 tbsp Chilli sauce
  4.  3 spring Onions with leaves(chopped)
  5.  4 Tomatoes without seeds(chopped)
  6.  2 Capsicum, chopped
  7.  15-20 olives
  8.  8-10 Mushrooms, chopped
  9.  1 tsp red chili flakes
  10.  1 cup Mozzarella cheese, crushed
  11.  1 cup cheddar, crushed

How to Cook by ignoring Oven

First, mix all the ingredients of dough and knead them with water. Put it in temperature covered for 3-4 hours till it becomes double in its size.
  • Fry onion and garlic in oil, add spices and tomatoes.
  • Cook it for 2-3 minutes then blend it in a blender. you'll also store this sauce in the refrigerator. I also added the red chili flakes in sauce.
  • Fry the chicken in oil then add little water and cook till the chicken is completed.
  • Add condiments and salt in it.
  • Remove from heat and add all vegetables in it.
  • Add red chili flakes and 2 tsp oregano in it and blend it well.
  • Now make a round pizza base from dough with the assistance of kitchen utensils.
  • Preheat the pan on the stove.
  • Put the pizza base in pan and canopy it, cook it on low flame for 5-7 minutes.
  • Now remove the bottom from pan and apply the pizza sauce on the other side, which is already cooked.
  • Put chicken and vegetable mixture thereon then sprinkle both kinds of cheese thereon.
  • Put it in a pan again and cook it covered for 40-50 minutes or till the pizza leaves the pan.
