Ingredients 

1) Potatoes 1/2 Kg
2) Red Chili 2 teaspoon
3) Black Pepper 1 teaspoon
4) Coriander 1 tablespoon
5) Cumin Seeds 1 teaspoon
6) Chopped Green Chilies 6-8
7) Fresh Lemon Juice 8 teaspoon
8) Maida 500 grams
9) baking soda 1 teaspoon
10) Cooking oil 
11) Salt as per taste

Way to Cook

First Step: Mix mashed potatoes with salt, red chili, black pepper, whole coriander, cumin, fresh coriander, green chilies, and lemon juice. Refrigerate for 5-10 mins.
Second Step: Mix flour with salt, bicarbonate of soda, oregano and jaggery syrup and knead into a tough dough with some water. Warp it during a wet muslin cloth and keep aside for 10-15 mins.
Third Step: Make small portions of the dough and stuff each portion with 1 tablespoon of potato mixture. Carefully fold up the sides with wet hands to completely cover the filling and press the sides together to seal. Refrigerate the kachoris for 10-15 minutes.
Fourth Step: Wet your hands again and lightly press each kachori on your palm. In a wok, heat the vegetable oil on medium heat for 3-5 minutes and deep fry the kachoris till golden brown.
Fifth Step:  Place them on absorbent paper.
Sixth Step: Serve hot with green spice chutney or Ketchup
