Step1) Cut all the potatoes vertically thin sliced or round as wanted. Cut Bringle in round thin slices. Cut onions in round sort of a ring.
Step2) Cut green chili from the middle and take away seeds from it but carefully. Chili shouldn't dig two pieces. After removing the seeds wash it well and fill it with a boiled potato mixture. All through with vegies.
Step 3) Now coating turn, Mix all the coating ingredients well and add some water and stir it well until all the items are mixed well. The mixture's consistency should be a touch thick so it can stay onto sliced vegies.
Step 4) Final Step: Add oil into a pan and switch on the flame and let the oil heated well. Now one by one dip the slices of vegies into the coating mixture and canopy it with the mixture properly then fry on medium heat until golden brown.
