Fajita Sandwiches Summary
Ingredients
- Bread as req
- Elbow Macaroni 1/4 pack
- Chicken (Depends on your taste)
- Capsicum 1
- Garlic glove 2
- Cabbage 1 cup
- Mixed cheese ( cheddar & Mozilla)
- Mayonaise 1 cup
- Hot sauce 2 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 1tsp
- Oil to cook
- Salt
- Black pepper
Method
Step 1: Add macaroni to boiling water add some oil and cook it for 8 to 10 mins. Drain all the water and wash boiled macaroni with normal water, sprinkle some oil, and mixed well to avoid being sticky.
Step 2: Cut all the vegies generously, and chicken into small chunks.
Options ( you guys can add more to your fvrt vegies like sweet corns etc), Mix one cup of mayo with cut cabbage.
Step 3: Turn the flame on, add 2 spoons of oil into the pot and add chopped garlic into it fry for a min and chicken chunks into it. Add sauces and spices cook for a short time and add capsicum into it. Cook on medium-High flame for 4-5 min and therefore the cover th pot and switch the flam low until the chicken and veg are cooked well.
When the chicken and vegies cooked well add a generous amount of cheese into it and blend well.
Step 4: Broil the bread in the pan until light brown(optional) can use white or bran bread simply.
Step 5:(Final step) Cut the bread slices into a triangle shape and on a slice put mixture of mac cheese and chicken cover it with another slice then put a mixture of mayo and cabbage onto it and canopy it with another slice.
